Seeker's Training (3 to 12 hours)

combination of skills training services which readies the
client to begin the job search.

Assistance (Job Placement)
The
process of locating employment that is consistent with the
consumer’s strengths, abilities, interests, concerns and informed
choice as well as identifying, providing, or coordinating
support services necessary for the consumer to start the job.

Job Coaching
A
job coach provides on-site job training for clients needing
assistance in adjusting to employment in either competitive
or supported employment.
